I believe each birth is a life-changing experience you’ll
only have once. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and confidence of the birthing process. I revel
in the outdoors, am married and have children with very different birth stories.
I love learning and I LOVE watching other people learn! I have pursued undergraduate
studies in social services, counseling and applied human behavior and enjoy supporting families throughout the perinatal period. I support your birth, your way, providing trained and professional labor doula support from a mother-centered approach. I support families with professional postpartum services and I am excited to be
offering Birth Boot Camp in Northern & Central Arizona.
